Can anyone help me with submitting the project work? MAGD ka report online submit krne bola he but instructions me scanned copy mention he (handwriting to nehi chahiye na project report) and duly signed approval bola he jabki mujhe via mail approval mila he. Fees ka bhi date hota he kya fixed?

I had visited IGNOU headquarter maidan garhi on 8th feb to ask for 1st year marksheet. They informed me that it will take 15-20 days for 1st year marksheet but it has been more than 30 days and I have not received maeksheet till now. What should I do? Any email where I can contact them?

My third year books were returned to Kolkata RC as I'm not in my hometown due to a medical emergency involving my mother. Someone from IGNOU called me yesterday and said they will send it back to Delhi within 7 days as they have no provision of keeping the books in Kolkata RC. Asked me send someone on my behalf with my ID card to recieve the books.

Can someone please help me? Picking up the books from Kolkata office and holding it until we return?
