 एक कंपनी को विस्तार के लिए 5 वर्षों के बाद ₹5,00,000 की आवश्यकता है। प्रचलित ब्याज दर 10 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष (वार्षिक चक्रवृद्धि) है।

(ii) अगर पार्ट 1 में गणना की गई रकम को आज 12 प्रतिशत की दर से निवेश किया जाता है, तो 5 साल बाद उसकी भावी मूल्य (Future value) की गणना करें? सभी गणनाएँ स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाइए तथा प्रबंधकीय निर्णय-निर्माण के दृष्टिकोण से परिणामों की व्याख्या कीजिए।

पूंजी बजटिंग निर्णयों में प्रयुक्त विभिन्न निवेश मूल्यांकन तकनीकों की चर्चा कीजिए। उनके गुणों और दोषों की आलोचनात्मक जांच करें।

 इक्विटी शेयर मूल्यांकन में प्रयुक्त विभिन्न लाभांश मूल्यांकन मॉडलों की व्याख्या कीजिए। वाल्टर मॉडल एवं गॉर्डन वृद्धि मॉडल की मान्यताओं एवं प्रयोज्यता की तुलना कीजिए तथा वास्तविक जीवन के मूल्यांकन निर्णयों में उनकी प्रासंगिकता पर चर्चा कीजिए।

एक कंपनी ने अभी-अभी ₹5 प्रति शेयर का लाभांश दिया है। लाभांश के 6 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष की स्थिर दर से बढ़ने की अपेक्षा है। निवेशकों की अपेक्षित प्रतिफल दर 14 प्रतिशत है। गॉर्डन वृद्धि मॉडल का उपयोग करते हुए शेयर का आंतरिक मूल्य ज्ञात कीजिए। ₹70 के बाजार मूल्य पर शेयर खरीदने पर विचार कर रहे निवेशक के लिए परिणाम की व्याख्या कीजिए।

Using Gordon's Growth Model, calculate the intrinsic value of the share. Interpret the result for an investor considering purchasing the share at a market price of ₹70.
