Narration: Parks and public spaces are meant to be shared and enjoyed by everyone in the community. However, in recent years, they've increasingly become the location of choice for private functions such as weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations.

Park Ranger: (concerned) We're seeing more and more people reserving parks and public spaces for private functions. It's become a real problem for us. Not only are these spaces meant to be for everyone to enjoy, but they're also not equipped to handle the crowds and noise that come with private functions.
