I presented the story of Raju, a young boy who was diagnosed with anemia due to a lack of iron in his diet, to a group of children at a local school. The children were between the ages of 6-8 years and were both boys and girls.

Before telling the story, I asked the children if they knew what a healthy diet was and what kind of foods were good for their health. Some of the children mentioned fruits and vegetables, while others mentioned junk food and sweets. I explained that a balanced diet is essential for good health and that certain foods, like fruits, vegetables, and protein, are necessary for our body to grow and function properly.
